Good to know

Do you shoot, or only edit?

We are an editing studio. You or your videographer shoot, and we turn the footage into the finished film. If you need someone to shoot as well, ask us and we'll point you to people we trust.

How do I send my footage?

Any cloud link works: Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or OneDrive. For very large wedding footage we can share an upload folder with you.

How long does an edit take?

Reels and short ads usually take a few days. Wedding films and longer projects take longer depending on footage and revisions. We give you a firm delivery date before we start.

How many revisions do I get?

Every project includes rounds of revisions so the film feels right to you. We agree the number up front so there are no surprises.

How does payment work?

We confirm a price before starting and take an advance to book your slot, with the balance due on delivery. Invoices come from invoices@meloedits.com.

Can you match my brand style?

Yes. Send us your logo, fonts, colours or past videos you like, and we'll edit inside your brand so every video looks like it belongs to you.
